How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all products and resources within 1–21 days of receiving your order. On the odd occasion, it may take a little longer.

Please note, stock may be dispatched from several locations and therefore arrive in separate parcels, at separate times. You will be notified of all tracking and delivery details as and when they are received by our team.

What happens if my order is delayed beyond 21 days?

If dispatch is delayed beyond 21 days, we will keep you informed and offer the choice to:

  • Wait for the product(s)
  • Amend your order
  • Cancel your order with a refund or store credit

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via info@brainarybooks.com.au

Can I return a product if it doesn't meet expectations?

Yes. If a product or resource does not meet the stated learning outcomes or promotional description, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit (minus a $10 admin/postage fee), provided it is:

  • In merchandisable (as-new) condition
  • Accompanied by a copy of your invoice

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return a product?

  1. Notify us of your intent to return

2. Ensure the item is clearly labelled, securely packed and includes a copy of your invoice
