Dyslexia Resources Pack for Adults

This six-title pack was curated to close that gap, pairing rigorous academic research with grounded, practical, lived-experience guidance for navigating dyslexia and other specific learning differences (SpLDs) in adult life. The pack explores what dyslexia actually looks like in daily adult life: the emotional and identity side of a diagnosis, the challenge of staying organised and functioning day-to-day, the process of building new skills and knowledge, and the ongoing work of finding confidence and voice.
